After the GIGABYTE Open Overclocking Championship 2010 (worldwide final on September 25th) we will randomly select from 13 users who correctly predicted the winner and we will make the winner announcements here.
Weekly Lucky Draw
Besides, every participant who enters the "Guess the Winner" contest will have a chance to win a prize. We will randomly select one lucky winner every week (each week will feature a different prize, for a total of 6 weeks).
We will make the announcement for the weekly lucky draw winner
every Friday (August 20,
27 & September 3, 10,
17, 24).
Rules
- The event starts August 16th, and ends on September 24th, 2010. (Pacific Time)
- The list of winners will be randomly selected by computer and announced on the GIGABYTE GO OC 2010 worldwide final website before October 15th, 2010. Winners will also be notified by e-mail.
- Winners will be disqualified if GIGABYTE is unable to notify the winners due to incorrect contact information provided by the winners.
- The winner shall be deemed waiving his/her rights to the prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within 1 month from the day the list of winner is announced or it the winner fails to comply with the required procedures.
- GIGABYTE is responsible for the expense of delivery the prize, but the winner is responsible for any tariffs or additional taxes related to the prize.
- GIGABYTE has the right to change words, pictures and prizes mentioned in for this contest at any time. All changes, if any, will only be announced on the official GIGABYTE GO OC 2010 worldwide final website.
- All prizes shall be real objects and any requests to exchange for equivalent monetary amounts or other substitutions shall no be allowed. GIGABYTE has the right to substitute the prize for a different prize of the same value if the prize is not available.
- GIGABYET is not responsible for any damage, delay of delivery, wrong delivery or loss in the course of delivery of the prize.
